Who am I?
I am a certified nutrition trainer and an expert in mindfulness and sustainability education. My passion lies in mindful eating, and I am a dedicated practitioner of Zen meditation. Alongside these, I am also a designer.
I am currently preparing for the Buddhist lay initiation (Jukai) in 2024.
Here is a brief overview of my journey:

2022: Completed an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) course with Anja Hackl.

2020: Trained as a certified mindfulness and sustainability educator.

2018: Became a certified nutrition trainer.

2012: Earned a Master's degree in Interface Cultures from the University of Art and Design Linz.
